1. 服务简介
Jjan（以下简称"本服务"）是一款移动应用（iOS 和 Android），基于饮酒记录提供个性化的醉意估算，帮助您管理身体状态。本服务由开发者（以下简称"运营者"）提供；安装并使用本应用即视为您同意本条款。
2. 使用资格
本服务仅限达到所在国家/地区法定饮酒年龄的用户使用。
3. 账户
- 使用本服务需要账户：iOS 应用使用"通过 Apple 登录"，Android 应用使用 Google 登录。
- 您的记录保存在设备和您本人的云存储空间中（iOS：iCloud 私有存储空间；Android：Google 云端硬盘应用数据文件夹），运营者无法访问。详情请参阅隐私政策。
- 您可以随时在应用内的账户页面（个人资料 > 账号 > 删除账号）删除账户；删除后，记录和云端备份将被永久删除。详情及没有应用时的删除方法，请参阅删除账号说明。
4. 订阅与付款
- 部分功能通过付费订阅或一次性购买（高级版）提供。付款由您下载应用的商店处理 — iOS 应用为 Apple App Store，Android 应用为 Google Play 结算。
- 付款、自动续订与退款均遵循相应商店的政策。您可以通过 Apple（App Store）或 Google Play 申请退款，也可以联系运营者。
- 取消订阅：iOS 在设置 > 您的姓名 > 订阅中操作；Android 在 Google Play 商店应用 > 个人资料 > 付款和订阅 > 订阅中操作。取消后，在已付费的期间结束前仍可继续使用。
- 删除账户不会自动取消订阅，您需要在 App Store 或 Google Play 中另行取消。
5. 重要 — 估算信息的局限性（必读）
- 本服务提供的醉意估算（灯光）与报告仅供参考，不构成医疗诊断或建议。
- 估算基于统计模型，可能与您的实际状态不符。绝不得将其用于判断能否驾驶等涉及安全与法律的决定。
- 如有与饮酒相关的健康问题，请咨询专业医疗人员。
6. 用户义务
您不得将本服务用于违反法律法规、侵害他人权利或妨碍服务正常运营的行为。脱身（来电·短信）功能仅可用于管理您本人的处境。
7. 责任限制
在相关法律允许的范围内，运营者不保证估算信息的准确性，也不保证服务不中断地提供，并且对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的间接性、附带性损害不承担责任。
8. 条款的变更
本条款可能在必要时进行变更；重大变更将通过应用内通知或更新本页面的方式告知。变更后继续使用本服务，即视为您同意变更后的条款。
9. 适用法律
本条款以大韩民国法律为适用法律。

Effective date: October 10, 2026 (revised). Jjan is a mobile app (iOS and Android) for logging drinks and estimating intoxication for personal reference. You must be of legal drinking age. An account is required (Sign in with Apple on iOS, Sign in with Google on Android); your history is stored on your device and in your own iCloud private database (iOS) or Google Drive app-data folder (Android). Purchases are billed, renewed and refunded under the policy of the store you bought from (Apple App Store or Google Play); deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. Account deletion: jjan.io/delete-account/en/. Estimates are statistical, for reference only, are not medical advice, and must never be used to judge fitness to drive.
